Refund policy
Due to the individual assembly of each product, please allow around 28 days for delivery.
If the purchaser arranges delivery and fails to take delivery as arranged, whether due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control or not, we may charge a reasonable additional delivery charge for subsequent deliveries and any incurred additional expenses such as insurance.
If you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased, please contact us quoting your invoice number no later than 14 days from the date you received your purchase. Special orders and items that have been assembled and all made-to-order items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item or credit the amount against a future purchase along with any standard delivery charges.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for the returned goods until they reach our Oxfordshire studio.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Due to the bespoke nature of our lamp bases and lamp shades and given that all decorating and artwork is done by hand, we will send you images of each piece via email to make sure you are happy with the finished item prior to despatch.
Credit can be used against your next order and expires after 1 year from date of issue.
This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
